The flag bearer with an uncanny ability to inspire and empower. He is responsible for leading, chairing and overseeing the performance of the Board.

His indefatigable energy and inspirational ideas are the keys to the Group’s success so far, and he has the foresight and imagination to propel the organisation to greater heights in the future.

Salil Musale

Managing Director

He leads multiple group companies and spearheads their growth and diversification into new global markets and technologies.

He sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution.

Prior to joining Astarc Group, Salil worked with A.T.Kearney, where he was involved in project management and business analysis for various clients.

Sameer Musale

Joint Managing Director

He provides strategic advice and guidance to the chair and members of the board. He is leading the group’s diversification into the new business areas of Agriculture and Agro-processing for consumer and industrial applications.

He also heads Business Development for CSPL and has 6+years of experience in Business Development & Corporate Strategy with Astarc Group.

Before joining Astarc Group, Mr. Sameer Musale worked with Avista Advisory, where he was involved in debt financing, project consultation and business analysis for various clients.

Dr. Raphaël Bennes

CTO

Raphael holds a Ph.D. in Supramolecular & Organic Chemistry and has 22 years of expertise in Printed Electronics. Currently, he leads Product Development and oversees the Technology Strategy & Execution. He is driving innovation and developing new products to fuel the company’s global business growth.

Head of Product Development & Commercialization (Printed Electronics)

Shantaram brings over 18 years of leadership in New Product Development (NPD) and Simulations across the Automotive and Electro-Mechanical sectors. He holds a Master’s in Design Engineering and is pursuing a doctorate in EV systems. His career includes impactful roles at M&M, Hero Honda, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors Ltd, and Uno Minda Ltd. At Naxnova he integrates rigorous simulations with practical validation to develop innovative, reliable, and market-ready products, setting new standards in product excellence.

Kalpa Kadam

Head of Human Resources

Kalpa, with a Master’s in Management Studies in HR, brings 16 years of comprehensive HR expertise. Currently, as the Head of Human Resources, she leads the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives focused on Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Upskilling, Compensation Benchmarking, Compliance Audits, and HR Digitization to streamline processes and enhance employee engagement.

Vishal Bhargava

Head of Systems, Data Analytics & Intelligence

Vishal, with an Engineering degree, brings more than 24 years of expertise in Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, and IT Consulting. In his current role, he focuses on enhancing operational processes and decision-making through data insights. Additionally, he fosters an innovative ecosystem that propels the company towards a digitally-forward future, ensuring the company remains agile and competitive in the evolving business landscape.

Anand Barge

Head of Finance

Anand, a Chartered Accountant, heads the Finance Function at Astarc Group with 18 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, and transaction advisory. He excels in complex negotiations, legal vetting, due diligence, and transaction structuring, with significant achievements in fundraising and executing M&A and cross-border strategies.
